Hotel De Tuilerieen Bruges Belgium
This was the second time in 6 months that I'd stayed at this hotel, and it was equally enjoyable as the first visit. My room was a decent size, overlooking the canal, and had 2 double beds. I think the hotel overall was a very good standard, but the bathroom was a little tired, however as it was very clean this did not bother me.
The hotel was busy over the weekend, and if you are a light sleeper, then you may have been disturbed by people opening and closing doors, or the noise from the street below. (Luckily for me, I can sleep virtually anywhere when I'm tired!)
Breakfast was delicious, the usual help yourself affair. The spa was included in our package, which we were very pleased about, along with a welcome drink in the bar.
The young lady who works in the restaurant area should have a special mention, as she was particularly friendly, and took notice of specific details, which none of the other staff seemed to do, including noting when we were checking out and wishing us well on our way.
I would be more than happy to stay at this hotel again in the future, especially as it is so well located.
